Called to tell me that a court case involving a 10 year old credit card debt was going to be filed against me. I contacted them and they wanted to set up a payment plan with me. I refused to give them any info reguarding my checking account # or debit card #. They then told me they would put ay supposed acct # on hold for 24 hours just in case I was able to come up with any money concerning this issue. I have no intention of contacting these people ever again as I feel this is just a scam to get money from me.

I got a call from them and I didn't recognize the number, so I didn't answer. Then I called them back to find out who it was and it said it was out of service. This happened several times.

Caller asked my name, she stated she was from CMT..then asked my city....I hung up. the might be trying to steal information.

Called several times, no one there after you answer the phone.
